We are proud of our updated production facility that has a comprehensive Food Safety System (HACCP Program*) in place. Eastside Deli Supply, Inc. is registered with the Bio Terrorism ACT and we are monitored by the FDA. Our facility is complete with modified atmosphere packaging and production processes that allow for maximum freshness. We have full control of our distribution, so temperature is regulated to ensure the optimal temperature is maintained from the time it leaves our facility to the time it reaches your store.
*HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) system focuses on identifying specific points within the flow of food through the operation that are essential to prevent, eliminate, or reduce a Food Safety Hazard to safe levels.
